Brand strategy for 3 over the counter brands

Client:
Global pharmaceutical company specialized in skincare
Challenge:
The client needed to create new capabilities to start playing in the over the counter ( OTC) arena while all their brands and heritage were in the prescription market.
Work done:
Redefining the strategy for their three biggest global OTC brands (where to play, how to win, action plan, and KPIs) and deploying the new strategies during their first global marketing conference.
Results:
The brands renovated their portfolio according to the strategy and expanded their presence both in terms of distribution channels and geographies maximizing their potential.
